The Best Vitamins Are...
We can't make vitamins on our own, we are just not capable of it that is why we need to eat certain foods for our health. There are thirteen that we need in all if we want to stay healthy and hopefully disease free. Without them we would almost literally fall apart. The best vitamins will not only keep us alive they will make us feel young and healthy all year long.
The following are the vitamins that you need to take to stay feeling good each day:
Vitamin A,
Vitamin B (several different ones)
Vitamin D (several different ones)
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Vitamin K.
Without these essential vitamins you are going to get diseases and illness on a regular basis. You will simply get sicker and sicker until you finally whither and die. Sound dramatic? It is. Ever heard of scurvy? You can get it without enough vitamin C and then there is rickets that come from a lack of vitamin D and even blindness from vitamin A. Insane but true.
There are two different kinds of vitamins there are water soluble ones and fat soluble ones. You cannot really say that one of these types are the best vitamins because they are both vital to your overall well being. When it comes to water soluble vitamins they will get washed out of the body often in as little as one day. This means that you need to take them more often to replenish what is gone. Fat soluble vitamins on the other hand can stay in your body for years. These do not need to be replenished nearly as often and in fact if you take in too much of these vitamins you can get really ill. Be careful with vitamins A, E, D and K.
It is getting to be more important to take vitamin supplements because we are not getting the right amounts of the best vitamins anymore in out everyday diet. Fat food is partly to blame but so is the way we process everything these days. We are literally sucking all of the nutrition out of everything before it gets to the table. Even fruits that we don't think of as processed are not as healthy because they get picked way too soon. They are not ripe when picked and the best vitamins are not getting a chance to take root in them yet. This is having a huge bearing on our poor health. By taking vitamins each day as a supplement we can help to make up for at least some of the vitamins we are missing out on in our food diet.
By taking the right vitamins each day we can improve our health significantly. You can protect against diseases such as diabetes and cancer with the best vitamins and by giving these vitamins to our kids we can make sure that they grow up to be strong and healthy.
